Our engineering and design office manages mechanical projects from design to detailed plans, including feasibility studies, drafting of specifications (CdCF), functional analysis, specification writing, bill of materials, calculation reports, justification files, dimension chains, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of manufacturing (ISO functional and dimensional tolerancing) is perfectly integrated into the definition plans to best meet customer requirements.
MECAGINE is also capable of performing:
- Structural calculations for systems subjected to static stresses (limit rupture calculations), vibratory, dynamic, or high-speed dynamic stresses (shock) to dimension and verify the structural integrity during design and/or validation.
- Thermal/fluid simulations to model, simulate and resolve potential thermal issues (encountered in mechanics and/or electronic components) based on different transfer modes (conduction, convection, & radiation).
- Optimization calculations to reduce manufacturing costs and lead times for parts.
